"Action" Jack Colwell has the pre-game show at 6:40pm with the face off at 7pm on Bluff Country 1250 KCUE and on the web at www.1250kcue.com. The Wingers are 15-13 on the season while Lourdes is 16-8-3 on the year. Action Jack's Outlook: The Wingers formula for playoff success remains the same for tonight's big game. Sam Amendolar needs a great game in goal, the powerplay and penalty kill need to be solid, the offense needs to be opportunistic and the team needs to continue to play with poise, discipline and determination. The Eagles are skilled but don't have a big dominant line that carried them past the Wingers last year in the section title game. Nick Heimer returns in goal. The Wingers are peaking at the right time and I believe Coach Geroge Nemanich and his team have the right stuff to move on. Boys Swimming and Diving: Diving prelims are today at the state meet at the U of M Aquatics Center and Red Wing Senior Turner Eckstrom is the big favorite to win his third straight Class A diving title.
